Cancellation Policy

All bookings for guiding sessions, spiritual consultations, and energetic work are considered final. When a client reserves time, they are reserving not only the session itself, but the preparation, energetic alignment, and space held specifically for them. Refunds are only provided under the conditions listed below. Cancellations & Rescheduling- Life moves in cycles and plans sometimes shift. To honor both your time and mine: Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may receive partial credit toward a future session, at my discretion. Rescheduling is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. This structure aligns with general U.S. consumer‑protection standards for service‑based businesses. No‑Call / No‑Show Policy- A no‑call / no‑show occurs when a client misses their appointment without any communication. No‑call / no‑show appointments are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling. This is a firm boundary. The time was held, prepared for, and cannot be reclaimed or offered to another client once missed. Late Arrivals- Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time to honor all clients. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no‑show, and the session will not be refunded. Practitioner‑Initiated Cancellations- If I must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances: You may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost.
