All purchases for guiding sessions, spiritual services, consultations, and appointments are considered final. By booking a session, clients acknowledge that they are purchasing time, preparation, and expertise not a guaranteed outcome.

When a client reserves time, they are reserving not only the session itself but the preparation, energetic alignment, and space held specifically for them.

Refunds are only provided under the conditions listed below.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be eligible for partial credit toward a future session, at the business’s discretion.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

No‑call / no‑show appointments are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.
This policy is consistent with general service‑industry standards, as the reserved time cannot be filled or recovered once missed.

If the guide/practitioner must cancel or reschedule for any reason:

Clients may choose between a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost.

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time to honor all clients.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no‑show, and the session will not be refunded.

Digital Products & downloads

All digital offerings including workbooks, guides, meditations, or course materials are non‑refundable once delivered, in accordance with common digital‑goods consumer laws.

Online credit may be applied at business's discretion for some apparel products under unique circumstances.
