Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Processing time refers to the period required to prepare, package, and hand off your order to the shipping carrier.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and the weight/size of your order.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer several domestic shipping options, including:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

International Shipping:

International shipping is available to most countries.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Sacred Cosmic Spiral is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will update the address for you.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, once a package is transferred to the carrier, delays or damages may occur.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  • We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for carrier‑related issues.

Service Interruptions

Shipping times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Natural disasters

  • Global or regional service disruptions
